Questions and answers

How do I book a job?

Choose a service on our services page, pick a time that suits you and add your details. We send a code to your e-mail address to confirm it is you, and your booking is made. You can also call us.

What if my job is not on the price list?

Request an estimate: describe the job and add a few photos. We send you a priced estimate, and you approve it online before the work is booked.

Do you take a deposit?

Some larger jobs ask for a deposit. The booking shows the deposit and the balance before you confirm, and your invoice lists every payment.

What time will you arrive?

Your booking shows the job's start time, in our time zone (America/Toronto), and your confirmation shows the same time.

What if the job needs more work than booked?

We tell you first. Added work gets a new price, and we only do it after you approve that price.

Will I see the finished work?

Yes. The team member adds photos when the job is done, and you can see them with your booking.

How do I pay?

After the job you receive an invoice. Pay the team member by card or cash at the visit, or online where the invoice offers it.

How do I cancel or move a booking?

Use the link in your confirmation, or "My bookings" when you are signed in. You can change or cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the start.
