How reviews are checked
Only customers with a completed job or a delivered or collected order can review. Every review shows, low ratings too, once it is published — within the days set by the business, or at once. We hide a review only when it is abusive or hateful, shows personal data, is not about the service or product, or is unlawful, and we tell its author. No review is bought, rewarded, imported or written by us.
Who can review
Only the customer of a completed visit or of a delivered or collected order, once per visit or product, through the link we send after it or signed in to their account. Staff cannot review.
When a review shows
Within 7 days of being written, or sooner when we approve it. Low ratings show like every other.
When a review is hidden
- Abusive or hateful
- Personal data
- Not about the service or product
- Unlawful content
Its author is told why. A hidden review leaves the averages. Authors can delete their own reviews at any time.
